The Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad

Staff was a pleasure. Suite was nice. Bathroom-excellent, bedroom-very good, living/dining room-fair. View from bedroom & bathroom was great. Window and eating area in other room of suite seemed an afterthought. Room service was solid but uninspired. Dinner at Bazaar was lovely. Location was great.

the hotel contributed with a beautiful public space on the street and as soon as you enter you are transported into a private beautiful space Julie at reception was excellent Design of the hotel and rooms especially bathrooms was sophisticated with simple and relaxing lines Very comfortable space with a lot of natural light Stayed for eight nights and had an excellent stay and felt very much at home

Wonderful hotel with excellent views of the city from the King High Floor suite. Very modern and new. Amazing service and definitely leagues ahead of the Ritz Central Park. Rooftop bar is exceptional with incredible views.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The staff was wonderfully attentive and thoughtful, the rooms were clean and efficient, and the bed was so comfortable (I spelt great)! Great location, too! Very comfortable, great shower, especially coming in after a late fun night. Very relaxing and private.

Location was fabulous, staff was very very friendly and cooperative. Food was great. Free coffee in the lobby was a good touch. I really enjoyed myself.
